Velcom SUCKS .. The world's worst webhost

FUCK! My god-damned web host is down AGAIN! If you're a webmaster or business owner, DO NOT use Velcom.com whatever you do. Since I opened my account and paid up-front for 6 months, it's been nothing but trouble. It's down at least 4 times a week ranging from a few minutes to 4 or 5 hours. Add to that, their customer service is from Belarus (Russia), so language becomes a BIG problem. They ask you to spell EVERYTHING, even the word HOT, and I swear to God, they pick excuses for the system being down from a hat and tell you whatever excuse they choose from the hat. While Velcom has an office in Toronto, all they do there is sell and collect money. NO ONE in Toronto even has a clue what's going on with their system. The system is down for 4 hours, and no one in Toronto even had a clue. Again forget Velcom.com... they SUCK! Velcom sucks! Velcom sucks! Velcom sucks!
